If you are not satisfied with your order, you may request to return the products by filling out the online return form within fourteen (14) working days from receipt of the shipment (the working days will begin to run from the date on which delivery can be proven). The products must be returned intact and must still have the warranty tag attached to each garment.
Once the returned goods have been received, an employee will evaluate the state of the products, decide what action will be taken at our discretion.
We would like to remind you that we do not exchange goods, but reimburses the cost of any items returned. If you wish to change the goods, you will have to make a new order.
Reimbursement will take place on the basis of the method of payment used to complete the purchase, by and no later than thirty days from having received the goods returned. This means that we may refuse to accept or may cancel any order, whether or not the order has been confirmed, for any or no reason, and without liability to you or anyone else. If your credit card has already been charged for an order that is later cancelled, we will issue you a refund.
The risk of loss and title for products purchased on the Site or through the our website Services passes to the purchaser upon our delivery to the carrier. Replacement of products and credits to your account for shipped merchandise claimed as not received are subject to our investigation. We does not take title to returned items until the item arrives at our Warehouse center. With our discretion, a refund may be issued without requiring a return
As soon as your order ships, you will be notify via email. You can also find your order details and tracking information on the Order History tab within the My Account section.
Split shipping means that items within your order can be fulfilled from different distribution centres. We have two distribution centres, your items may be dispatched from either. You will not incur any additional shipping costs for split orders.
Split orders will dispatch in separate deliveries and therefore may not arrive at the same time. The estimated delivery times for each shipment will be clearly displayed at checkout base on your preference of shippment of delivery.
